My Thoughts: I did enjoy this story I just wish it was longer, Brock is a great male lead, he is so tough but so emotional and understanding and just head over heels in love with Jenna from the first moment he laid eyes on her. It was a refreshing story without a buttload of does he love me, does she love me or can we be together- yes they fight the feelings at first and both really have reasons for not jumping right into a relationship but when they do it is really a great love between them. I think L.A. really captured the heartache that Jenna has been carrying around for four years over the loss of husband and daughter. I would have liked a little more understanding on the Breeds part on what is really happening with Jenna and yes I do understand this is something new that they have never seen before but I felt like I was left hanging about that. I absolutely love how the Breedmates all work together with each other plus with the males and how the males know that they need the females help without being super "cavemanish" and trying to hold them back from all of the dangerous situations that they could get into. Brock knew what he wanted and knew what he thought he could not have but he never denied what he was feeling and that showed in how he treated her (most of the time-lol)
