My Review:
Tempted is book three of the The Eternal Guardians Series and Demetrius’s story. The series is about seven warriors who protect their realm and the Human realm from threats of the Underworld. Each of the guardians are descended from the seven strongest heroes in all of Greek mythology and each have their story to tell. Theron (book 1), Zander (book 2), Demetrius (book 3), Gryphon, Titus, Cerek, Phineus and Orpheus.
Demetrius’s story. He is considered the cruelest Argonaut of them all, the one the other Guardians steer clear of and for a good reason. Demetrius hides a dark secret that just might be the key to the destruction of their world. He spent the first two books being a total jerk, especially to Isadora, the Princess and future ruler of the Kingdom, because he suspected she was his soul mate and to keep his secrets hidden. But when Isadora is kidnapped he is the first looking for her and won’t stop until he returns her safely home.
As Demetrius and Isadora fight to find their way safely back to Argolea, and again safely away from him, Isadora slowly but surely works her way through his defenses and into Demetrius’s heart. She begins to discover the real man underneath. He falls even harder for Isadora, the meek and fragile princess, as he watches her embrace her inner strength and determination, realizing that she is stronger than anyone ever gave her credit for. To save her though his secrets will be exposed and he’ll have to release the blackness in him he has held down for years.
Tempted was the best book yet. It is a passion filled, hot romance with everything you could ask for in a book. It has an endless twisting plot with layers of sub plots and the cast of secondary characters continue to grow and develop with very likeable personalities that have you wondering more and more about them. It is simply addicting as we read the story Ms. Naughton tells that is dark and dangerous, a romance that is hot and complicated. Can it get any better? Let’s hope so!

Fantastic review! This was also my favorite in the series. I have loved Demetrius since first meeting him. In this one, I fell in love with Isadora's character also. Her strength is amazing! This series is one of my top 3. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. :)
