Working on a client’s case through her family detective business flips Alexandria’s life into a world she never knew existed. Marked with the powerful life force of the Angel’s Kiss, she comes to understand that her reality will never be the same. Fear for the husband she loves, and her only brother, Alexandria turns to an estranged grandmother that knows more than she is willing to tell. Who to trust, or believe, keep her heart and mind on a chase for answers that still leave her without the full picture of what the future holds in it’s hands for her. With clues to help her put the puzzle together, Alexandria learns of Dark Angels as the tools of God, immortals stealing the life force of humans, and the “joie de vivre” power held by her great-grandmother, Evangeline. With her life in danger, and confusion as to what to do overwhelms,.. a man enters her dreams and declares she is his Goddess, Qadesh, and he has waited hundreds of years just for her.

I have no doubt that we are going to see this author’s name on many fascinating books to come. She exhibits an abundance of writing talent that will attract a broad following of fans with her style. Her ability to bring across a well placed plot, with a flowing rhythm that slowly increases its tempo with heart stopping twists and unexpected turns have you wide eyed while you read faster and faster. Giving away just enough answers, yet not revealing several of the keys to many questions, clearly leaves the reader on the edge with anticipation for the next installment. Great job Lynne Stevie!!
