WENDY'S Review: Loved, Loved, Loved this book, there is just something about a hard-ass, heartbroken, stubborn cowboy who gets me going. I can tell you now it will have to be a freaking awesome book to top this one in this series for me. 

Cord McKay, the oldest McKay brother, is a rancher through and through, even though he gave up his dream of the ranch to live in the big city with his wife. A few years go by, he moves back to the ranch he loves and brings his city slicker wife with him, with promises to her that their life will work out in Wyoming. When they have a son, his wife takes off and he is left a divorced single Dad working sun up to sun down while raising a new born. With help from his family, Cord devotes his life to his son and the McKay ranch. At thirty five years old he thinks he is too old to find love, never knowing that someone has loved him their whole life. 

Amy Jo, now known as AJ, has been in love with Cord since she was five years old and he rescued her after her horse threw her off.  Seventeen years later she has set her eyes on winning the man of her dreams. AJ is Keely McKay's best friend and Keely knows that AJ has it bad for her brother, so bad that she's never let another man touch her. AJ makes a proposal that Cord can't refuse, she will do whatever he wants if he teaches her everything there is to know about sex. So with his son gone for six weeks they jump right into an adventure that is only supposed to last until Ky comes home.

SO many other subplots going on in the book too, Kade (a McKay cousin) meets his woman, Colt McKay (younger brother) causes all kinds of trouble (with everyone), and there is sadness & death that effects the entire McKay clan, oh and sex...lots and lots of hot cowboy sex.
