 1. Will this be a series?

Yes! I just turned in the second story. The working title of book two is Valia’s Villain. I suggested a name for the series but have to see if it gets approved. The plan is for there to be three books in the series but if another character jumps out and screams at me, who knows, there might be four.

2. Will Fin have a story?

Yes! Fin’s story will be book three. I’m absolutely thrilled you asked about him! I’ll begin writing it soon. I have a very basic idea about his story and can’t wait for him and his heroine to start talking to me and telling me what they want to do.

3. Can a Sempire & Human/Incubus have babies?

Sure, why not? :-) Although, no babies are planned at this time.

4. Will we hear what Araya's Mom has to say about the ending?

I’m not sure but I have considered it. It might end up being an “extra” that I write and post on my website or blog. Stay tuned.

5. Will we meet Kean's family?

Probably not. Well maybe. It depends on if they demand to be written about.

6. Will Kiberry live with them?

Kiberry plays a part in Valia’s Villain, so you’ll find out a little more about what’s up with him. (I love me some Kiberry :-))

7. What is your writing day like?

A typical writing day goes like this… I usually get up around 7:30 and feed and medicate my 17 year old, blind dog while the other three dogs jump around me wondering why they don’t get “special” food (but don’t feel bad for them, Daddy gives them special snacks at 5am).

Then I grab a cup of green tea and eat breakfast. After that, I hop on the bed with my laptop and three of my dogs and start writing. Usually after an hour, I start thinking about the dirty dishes and laundry or the floors that need to be swept or the dog snacks that need to be made (I make our dogs’ snacks) so I get up and take care of that and then I think about how I really need to go to the gym, so I do.

The grocery store is right next to the gym, so I usually have to stop in for something. Then I hop back on the bed with the dogs with the intention of writing but instead, I check my email and Facebook and look for more ways and places to promote my book and then I FINALLY write some more, usually for at least three hours.

A great writing day goes like this… All the dog, breakfast and gym stuff is the same but other than that, I’m able to ignore everything else and write for approximately six hours while the characters speak to me and everything flows.

Jocelyn was born in Iowa and currently resides in Texas. She shares her home
