WENDY’S REVIEW: There is so much I love about this series, each book is such a different story, even though they are all together about shifters and them finding their mates. We met Ellison way back in the first book and it is about time he found his mate. It's like everyone around him was finding happiness so his was well deserved. If I had one small itty-bitty complaint about anything related to this series it would be the guy on the cover which honestly I know has nothing to do with the story line, he is nothing like what is described in the book or what I pictured in my head while reading this book. Like I said, lol, nothing to do with the story line. Ellison, is a tracker for Liam, the leader of the shifters in Shiftertown, Texas, he's also the leader of his small pack of wolves that live in town. Ellison first meets Maria when he is there to help rescue her and other humans & shifters from an evil shifter in Mexico. Maria comes to live in Shiftertown doing odd jobs to make money so she can pay for college but others have plans for her and for the shifters. Human hunters want to hunt & kill shifters for sport & others want the kids to keep as pets. While Ellison & Maria work together to find and stop these things from happening love blooms between them. Ellison finally has a mate and Maria is able to open her heart again to the love he is willing to show & give her.

Oh wow I didn't realize this one was out! Didn't even realize she was going to do a novella before Tiger Magic came out. I'm so excited to hear about it and that it's good too :) I hear ya on the covers. A little thing but still one that gets me too. lol
