Brock, determination in his heart to set this right, now carries the garnet dagger and the words in his head that the prophecy spoke.

Andrea Cooper’s debut novel has a great plot. The worlds of elvin colliding with humans, throwing in some magical creatures like dragons, witches and demons, creates a unique setting for this enjoyable tale. The ending has some twists that you don’t see coming and remind us, things aren’t always as they seem. An enchanting read that leaves you with unanswered questions, you can’t help but crave more of this story.
