Guest Post and Giveaway with Selena Blake

MY FIRST WEREWOLF BOYFRIEND

The year was 2005. I was hovering in the romance section at a Barnes and Noble in Smyrna Georgia. I wasn't alone. There was another lady perusing the shelves and it wasn't long before we started to chat.

She recommended I read Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I followed her
suggestion.

That's when I met Vane. Tall, dark and handsome barely does him justice. It wasn't long before I was smitten and a short while after that we were in love... er... I was in love.

There's just something about tall, dark, and dangerous. For starters, tall makes me think big, strong and protective. And even though I'm perfectly capable of giving a good karate chop, it's nice to think that a man has my back. Add to that an animal instinct lurking just below the surface, yeah, my stomach does a little flip flop. While I don't think I'd appreciate danger on a daily basis, a little might be good as a cardio exercise.

Most importantly, Vane is so sweet to Bride. Coming to her rescue, being so sweet and thoughtful even though it goes against everything he knows about life. And he just can't stay away from her! *swoon*

I adored this other worldly connection. I was fascinated by possibilities and fantasy. And I fell head over heels for my first were.
