Being at the annual werewolf Gathering is NOT where Whitney wanted to be. Watching her two sisters mate is not a bad thing but knowing she will never find her mate there really sucks. Whitney's sisters were born with the Mark but not her, so when she received the invite to the Gathering she thought it was a huge mistake. Trying to right this wrong she did everything she could to talk to the Wardens, the two wolves that are the keepers of the law that govern the wolves. Emmett and Levy are best friends who take their job seriously and know they can never marry. But when they get a whiff of Whitney's scent they begin to question all the rules and regulations regarding the Wardens. When some elder wolves step in to force the Wardens away from Whitney all hell breaks loose. Old laws and old rules will be broken and the three will find what they all want and need to make each other happy.
