This was a very short, very cute book with lessons attached. This novella is for lovers of the Elder Races series who want to get an inside look at the couples day to day life. I really liked seeing more of the characters from previous books. We find ourselves going to the first grade with the leader of  the Wyr's first born child. Liam has grown from a toddler to the age of 6 years old in a matter of days because his mom, Pia, told him he needed to be a big boy while they were having a health scare with his father Dragos.  Liam has more power than anyone has ever seen before, and his parents believe it's a good idea for him to be around other children so he can learn social skills. Sadly one of the first things he learns is bullying from children and adults. For the first time in his short life he is left alone to handle things on his own.
