Jett has daddy issues, and Brandi has to go to work, learning to transport dead Norse warriors to the afterlife. All the while, Laurent is trying to keep his family together.
What else could possible go wrong?

REVIEW: I feel that this book brings all the stories together. Because they are short stories, sometimes it feels like it was a bit rushed.
While both Brandi and Sophia are still trying to get grips on being newly turned vampires by Laurent, they felt it was better to go to a place where they can easily handle an issue if they lost control, while on vacation. But while Brandi gets a grip on her turning she is pushed in to her destined Valkyrie role and her teacher is her new husband.
Being a half god vampire this should all be a piece of cake, Right?
