Review: I liked this book, I didn't love it though like I normally do with this author's books. I can pinpoint the reason too, I didn't care for Kyle. I adored Patrick, I think he was a well-written character that didn't need much growth throughout the story like Kyle did. The sexual chemistry between these two was hot, I liked take-charge Patrick. 

I think Kyle's attitude towards Patrick from the beginning threw me off, I wanted Patrick to be more than Kyle's attitude was allowing from the beginning. Once his F-boy attitude was explained he became a better character for me. 

I adored the side characters, loved the dog!

Jay lives just outside Bristol in the West of England. He comes from a family of writers, but always used to believe that the gene for fiction writing had passed him by. He spent years only ever writing emails, articles, or website content.
One day, Jay decided to try and write a short story—just to see if he could—and found it rather addictive. He hasn’t stopped writing since.
Jay writes contemporary romance about men who fall in love with other men. He has been published by Dreamspinner Press, and also self-publishes under the imprint Jaybird Press. Many of his books are also available as audiobooks.
