Caroline Smith graduated cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Publishing and Printing Arts and is currently pursuing a master's of fine arts in creative writing at Queens University in North Carolina. She is an author coach and publishing director/executive editor-in-chief of NOW Publishing based in Tampa, Florida. In 2014, she won an IBPA Gold Ben Franklin Award with one of her authors for excellence in editorial and design.

After over a decade in publishing, Caroline has started her own writing journey with several titles in the fiction and non-fiction space. To assist her authors around the globe, she started a podcast called "Inspiration to Publication." She currently resides in the mountains of North Georgia on a small farm with her three wild and wonderful children.
